- TRACKING & MONITORING:
The Woodward Community-Based Services Tracking, Monitoring, and Outreach Program provides structured support to youth involved with Juvenile Court Services in Iowa’s 2nd and 5th Judicial Districts. The program’s primary goal is to help youth remain safely in their communities by promoting daily accountability and reducing the likelihood of further law violations.
Services are designed to encourage responsible behavior, strengthen decision-making skills, and decrease the risk of continued delinquency. Through consistent supervision and structured support, staff serve as a vital link between youth and their Juvenile Court Officers.
The program includes individualized monitoring, skill-building interventions, crisis response, and coordination of additional services when needed. Staff also work collaboratively with Juvenile Court Officers to implement appropriate incentives and consequences, reinforcing positive behavior and accountability.
